Description

Composition
Yerba mate with the highest proportion of pure leaf on the market and an adequate balance between powder and stems. 100% natural product without artificial additives of preservatives or other chemical products. For this reason, slight variations in flavor may occur occasionally throughout the year.

Origin of the leaf
The leaves of the yerba mate trees used to make this product come from the states of Santa Catarina, Paraná and Rio Grande Do Sul in Brazil. The trees grow in native forests whose microclimate favors the ideal development of the properties of the leaf.

Aging
After the drying and pre-grinding process, the Canarias yerba mate is stored in batches of 50 kg for a period of 4 to 6 months in environments with controlled temperature and humidity, to ensure a uniform product quality between the different batches.

Flavor
Due to its composition it ensures a bitter and intense flavor, typical of the Canarias yerba mate.

    Muy buena yerba la verdad, en mi caso la suelo tomar mezclada con una yerba tradicional argentina, que tienen mas palo. Pero no solo es buena, sino que es muy rendidora

    Perfect.

    This variety is outstanding. I have tried everything, and this is my favorite. Canarias (yellow bag) is complex, floral (but not overly so), full bodied, bitter (as it should be), strong, long lasting. The green bag (especial) can be a bit astringent, and this one has more chocolate notes than its brother Baldo, and is much more complex and interesting than other Uruguayan brands.
