The promotional giveaway entitled “Win a Trip to Argentina” (hereinafter, the “Promotion”) is organized by Pampa Direct, accessible through the website www.pampadirect.com (hereinafter, the “Organizer”).
The Promotion shall be valid from Monday, April 7, 2025, through Sunday, May 4, 2025. Entries received outside this period shall not be considered under any circumstances. The winning participant will be announced on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, via electronic mail and through the Organizer’s official Instagram account: @pampa_direct.
Participation in this Promotion is open to any individual who, during the validity period, completes at least one (1) purchase on the Organizer’s website and enters the promotional code FLYARG at checkout. Use of the promotional code does not grant any economic discount or monetary advantage, but is mandatory in order to be validly registered as a participant. There is no minimum purchase amount required. By participating, the user acknowledges and accepts that such act constitutes full and informed consent to these Terms and Conditions.
The prize consists of one (1) round-trip airline ticket to the Republic of Argentina from any international location, with a maximum total value of USD 1,500 (one thousand five hundred United States dollars). The ticket is valid exclusively for one (1) passenger in economy class, and covers air transport only. It does not include accommodation, meals, travel insurance, airport taxes, or any other ancillary expenses. The destination within Argentina shall be agreed upon between the winner and the travel agency, subject to availability.
Once the winner is announced, the Organizer will facilitate contact between the winner and the designated travel agency: Torremolinos Viajes S.A., License No. 7050. Issuance and coordination of the prize shall be the sole and exclusive responsibility of the winner and the aforementioned agency. The ticket must be issued within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of announcement. The travel date may be freely chosen by the winner, provided that the outbound and return flights occur within the calendar year 2025. The Organizer shall bear no liability for ticket issuance, availability, rescheduling, cancellations, or any related matters once the coordination process with the travel agency has commenced. If the ticket’s final cost is less than USD 1,500, the difference shall not be refundable, transferable, or redeemable for cash or credit. Conversely, if the total cost exceeds the aforementioned amount, the winner shall bear the additional cost and make payment directly to the agency.
Participation in this Promotion implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions without reservation. The prize is strictly personal and non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash or other products or services. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time, without prior notice and without generating any liability or obligation to compensate participants, in the event of force majeure or other justified cause. By participating, the winner expressly authorizes the Organizer to use, publish, and disseminate their name, country of residence, and/or image for promotional and advertising purposes through any communication channel, without generating any right to compensation.

El sorteo promocional denominado “¡Ganá un pasaje para visitar Argentina!” (en adelante, la “Promoción”) es organizado por Pampa Direct, accesible a través del sitio web www.pampadirect.com (en adelante, el “Organizador”).
La Promoción tendrá validez desde el lunes 7 de abril de 2025 hasta el domingo 4 de mayo de 2025 inclusive. Las participaciones fuera de este período no serán válidas. El/la ganador/a será anunciado/a el martes 6 de mayo de 2025 por correo electrónico y en la cuenta oficial de Instagram: @pampa_direct.
Podrán participar todas aquellas personas humanas que, dentro del período de vigencia, realicen al menos una (1) compra en el sitio web del Organizador, e ingresen el código promocional FLYARG al momento del checkout. El uso del código promocional no genera descuentos ni beneficios económicos, pero es condición necesaria para quedar debidamente registrado/a como participante. No se requiere un monto mínimo de compra. La participación implica el conocimiento, aceptación y adhesión íntegra a los presentes Términos y Condiciones.
El premio consiste en un (1) pasaje aéreo ida y vuelta hacia la República Argentina desde cualquier país del mundo, por un valor total máximo de USD 1.500 (mil quinientos dólares estadounidenses). El pasaje será válido exclusivamente para una (1) persona, en clase económica, e incluirá únicamente el transporte aéreo. No incluye alojamiento, comidas, seguros, tasas aeroportuarias ni ningún otro gasto adicional. El destino dentro de Argentina será coordinado con la agencia emisora, sujeto a disponibilidad.
Una vez anunciado/a el/la ganador/a, el Organizador facilitará el contacto con la agencia de viajes designada: Torremolinos Viajes S.A., Legajo N.º 7050. La gestión del premio será de exclusiva responsabilidad del/la ganador/a y la agencia mencionada. La emisión del pasaje deberá realizarse dentro de los treinta (30) días corridos posteriores al anuncio. La fecha de vuelo podrá ser elegida libremente por el/la ganador/a, siempre que tenga lugar dentro del año calendario 2025. El Organizador no será responsable por la disponibilidad, emisión, modificaciones o cancelaciones del pasaje una vez iniciada la gestión con la agencia. En caso de que el valor del pasaje sea inferior a USD 1.500, la diferencia no será reembolsable ni transferible, ni podrá ser canjeada por dinero en efectivo. Si el valor excediera dicho monto, el excedente deberá ser abonado directamente por el/la ganador/a a la agencia correspondiente.
La participación en la Promoción implica la aceptación plena y sin reservas de los presentes Términos y Condiciones. El premio es personal e intransferible, y no podrá ser canjeado por dinero ni por otro bien o servicio. El Organizador se reserva el derecho de modificar, suspender o cancelar la Promoción en cualquier momento, sin necesidad de notificación previa y sin que ello genere derecho a compensación alguna, en caso de fuerza mayor o por cualquier otra causa justificada. El/la ganador/a autoriza expresamente al Organizador a utilizar, publicar y difundir su nombre, país de residencia y/o imagen con fines publicitarios y/o promocionales, a través de cualquier medio, sin que ello genere derecho a contraprestación económica alguna.
