I did an earlier review for this product and gave it a 1 star because the package came open. Pampa direct rectified the problem by sending us a replacement. They were very responsive and the product arrived fine and was great. Same great taste I remember from when I was a kid. Great texture too so product seems fresh.

Received open package and candy loose all over the box
The box we received with several packages was poorly prepared. The Billiken candy bag was completely open, not damaged but open. It looks like it was a factory issue with the packaging machine that did not seal the bag. But definitely something that a person preparing my shipment should have noticed and taken action. So this is a double bad situation because not only the product was defective but Pampa Direct must have noticed the issue and still decided to ship the product. Needless to say that the candy was bare and all over the box. Mixed up with Yerba mate powder from the rest of the items included in the package.
