    Excelentes alfajores.

    No conocia la marca, y me gusta adquirir productos desconocidos . La vara, aunque no es justo, sera la de la competencia. En definitiva, muy buenos alfajores, una buena cantidad de dulce de leche , seria un tercio del grosor del alfajor, Una presencia fuerte de algun extracto alcoholico, mas notorio en el negro. si es verdad, que la cobertura no aporta personalidad, practicamente no se diferencia el blanco del negro, quizas un agregado minimo de cacao en la cobertura de chocolate negro haria la diferencia. La nota, es un buen aprobado.
