A classic curry sauce is made by frying two chopped onions in oil. At the time the onions are cooked, add pepper, 2 spoons of curry and stir. Then add 1 spoon of starch dissolved in about 190 ml of milk and keep on low heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
Finally, the mixture is processed obtaining the curry sauce.
