  • Fill: Cover the dish with a lot of sauce and place the lasagna sheets. Fill with plenty of white sauce, spinach, ricotta, bell pepper and place the slices again. It is important that you raise all the lasagna sheets with sauce to the edges.
  • Cook in the oven: Sprinkle grated cheese over the last layer of sauce and cook for 15 minutes at maximum temperature.
  • Cook in Microwave: Cover with a microwave safe lid or plastic wrap and microwave for 10 minutes.

In 1899 Costábile Matarazzo travelled from Italy to South America looking for new opportunities. Once in Argentina, Costábile, who knew the taste of good pasta like no other, had the idea of founding a pasta factory that would allow him to relive the moments lived in Italy. Italian knowledge and Argentine wheat would ensure an undisputed success.
In 1942 his family opened a pasta factory, Matarazzo. Matarazzo grew to become synonymous with Italian pasta in Argentina and became the Argentine pasta, paradigm and reference of our Italian culture and heritage.
