The story of San Ignacio begins in 1939 in the city of Rosario in Santa Fe, Argentina, when Don Ignacio Rodríguez Soto decides to set off into the adventure of dairy farming. Little by little, their products were distributed throughout the entire country. But their story is not only about dulce de leche. They also produce cheese in the same spirit. So much so that in 2006, their blue cheese was awarded the best in the country. Every year their dairies process over 27 million liters of milk to produce dulce de leche, cheese, and fresh products sold both to the mass market as well as to the industrial market.

One of the best dulces de leche out there
I've tried many dulces de leche in my lifetime. This one definitely places high on my list. Perfect texture and sweetness. This is the brand that my family in Argentina gets, so you're getting a true local taste.

Just to let you know the blue cover of the Dulce de Leche was broken. It was taped but not good enough and a bit of Dulce de leche was out of the container.
