Sugus, now owned by Arcor, was originally from Suchard. Around 1931 the classic chocolate company wanted to explore and launch new products so they decided to venture with candy. This soft and fruity flavored candy called sugus which could replace the hard candies of that age were the result.

Still very good
The "common" Sugus candy taste of nothing and are mostly paper. Go for these ones instead.
