Directions for Use
Apply 15 minutes before sun exposure on clean, dry skin. Reapply frequently, especially after sweating or swimming, at least every two hours, to maintain protection and prevent sunburn. If applied in insufficient quantities, the level of protection will be significantly reduced.

- Avoid prolonged sun exposure, even when using sunscreen.
