Yaguar Tea Yerba Mate is produced by a family-run cooperative whose production is certified organic by OIA (Organización Internacional Agropecuaria), thus guaranteeing: rational use of natural resources, not using pesticides, fertilizers and herbicides, increasing and/or maintaining fertility and biodiversity, and keeping.

To minimize environmental impact, we calculate the carbon footprint of producing and shipping our Yerba Mate off set them supporting forest projects. Besides, the container was designed with a pour spout to extend its use, and is made with recyclable cardboard from FSC-certified plantations (Forest Stewardship Council). Something we love about Yerba Mate is that it can be a zero-waste infusion as the only waste produced in the process are the used leaves which are perfect for composting.
