Ice-cream Choco-pops

Ingredients for 8 ice-cream Choco-pops.
- 400 grs/ 14.1 oz of Dulce de Leche
- 400 grs/ 14.1 oz of Cream cheese
- 170 grs/ 6 oz of original Chocolinas cookies
- 170 grs/ 6 oz of Chocolinas “Cacao Intenso” cookies
- Conventional popsicle molds.
Step by step:
1) First, in a bowl you have to stir the Dulce de Leche with the Cream cheese gently until it is mixed and looks like a soft cream.
2) Then, add the original Chocolinas cookies previously crushed and stir again. Once you feel the cream is ready, fill each one of the popsicle molds with it.
3) Add Chocolinas Cacao Intenso cookies, also previously smashed, to the top and close the popsicle molds.
4) Finally, let them freeze overnight and don’t forget to run the popsicle molds briefly under water to remove the popsicles and enjoy!
Choco-banana Split Parfait

Ingredients for 4 parfaits
- 2 Bananas
- 100 grs / 4 oz of whipped cream
- 200 grs / 7 oz of Dulce de Leche
- 170 grs / 6 oz of original Chocolinas cookies
- 4 Small glass jars
Step by step
1) For these amazing Choco-banana Split parfaits you need to cut the bananas into thin slices and smash the original Chocolinas cookies into small pieces.
2) The secret for the parfaits to look pretty and delicious is to respect the layers when placing the ingredients. First add a base of cookies to the jars and then, one of Dulce de leche. Therefore, add one layer of the sliced bananas, and finally put the whipped cream on top.
Choco-truffles

Ingredients for 10 truffles
-250 grs / 8.8 oz of original Chocolinas cookies
-250 grs / 8.8 oz of Dulce de Leche
- Colorful Sprinkles
Step by step
1) Use a food processor to crush the original Chocolinas cookies into fine crumbs
2) Add the Dulce de Leche and stir until it looks evenly combined.
3) Form small balls with mixture with your hands and place them on a tray.
4) Spray the truffles with the sprinkles and take them to the fridge for a few hours, and enjoy!
