¿Cómo hacer helado de dulce de leche casero?

Para quienes ya conocen el dulce de leche (o arequipe, cajeta, fanguito, manjar, manjar blanco) y lo disfrutan en todas sus formas, les traemos una receta para que puedan optimizar el producto al máximo.
Ingredientes:
- Leche
- Crema (300 ml)
- Dulce de leche repostero
- Chips de chocolate o Galletitas a elección (recomendamos: Oreo o Chocolinas)
PASOS:
- Mezclar dulce de leche repostero con leche.
- Poner la mezcla en el microondas por 30 segundos.
- Batir 300 ml de crema.
- A la crema batida, agregar la mezcla que se hizo previamente.
- Pasar el contenido del bowl a un molde.
- Agregar el topping que se quiera y mezclar.
- Dejar en el freezer por 8 horas o hasta lograr una buena consistencia.
¡Y listo! Sólo queda disfrutar del exquisito sabor.

Here’s a super easy and quick recipe to prepare yourself the best dessert ever. (Hey, you can even have it for tea!)
Yes, we all know ice cream comes in lots of different flavors. There’s mint ice cream, vanilla ice cream, lemon ice cream, mango ice cream, ganache ice cream, pistachio ice cream, blueberry ice cream, chocolate ice cream, raspberry ice cream, strawberry ice cream and cookies & cream-flavored ice cream, among lots more. But… I promise you, if you have NOT tried dulce de leche yet, this ice cream is a good way to go.
Ingredients:
- Milk
- Cream
- Dulce de leche repostero
- Chocolate chips or Biscuits (we recommend: Oreo or Chocolinas)
STEPS:
- Mix dulce de leche repostero with milk.
- Put the mixture into the microwave for about 30 seconds.
- Beat 300 ml of cream.
- Add the mixture we prepared to the whipped cream.
- Add the toppings you wish and mix.
- Pour the contents of the mixing pot into a glass mould.
- Leave in the fridge-freezer for about 8 hours.
And there you go! You’ll be tasting Argentine dulce de leche in the form of ice cream. What could be better than that?
