Original Chocotorta Recipe
This is, in our opinion, the most classic chocotorta recipe.
The typical Argentine dessert prepared by grandmothers, who managed with few ingredients to make this delicious dessert. Then you can see the original chocotorta recipe:
Ingredients
400 grs. of cream cheese
400 grs. of dulce de leche
750 grs. of chocolate cookies (you can use 3 packages of 250 g of Chocolinas).
150 grs. of cream
300 grams of milk chocolate
500 cc. milk
Preparation
In a bowl put the cream cheese and the dulce de leche. Beat until a homogeneous preparation is achieved.
Soak the chocolate cookies in milk.
Place the biscuits in a mold and cover with a layer of the preparation obtained in the first step.
Continue a new layer of cookies and a filling layer until you achieve four layers. Take the refrigerator to cool.
Coating (optional)
Chop chocolate and place in a bowl.
Heat the cream almost to the boiling point and pour the preparation into the bowl with the chopped chocolate.
Mix well until blended.
Use the coverage obtained to coat the chocotorta and ready to enjoy!
