From 100 years ago the argentinian brand Bonafide, founded by Gerardo Trinks, provides an outstanding quality of coffee and a great range of chocolate bites and sweets to combine with it. These hand-crafted chocolate is a variant of the most classic ones. The way it is made that makes it unique is by stretching out a layer of chocolate, letting it cool and then gathering up the chocolate with a spatula. That gives it the characteristic branch-like shape, that also makes the chocolate airy and lighter than any other types of chocolate.
