En mi opinión no hay hoy una barbacuá mas rica. Si bien no es orgánica es de una finca chica donde el dueño produce la hoja la seca a humo, la envasa y la estaciona. Cuando vivía en argentina le compraba directo al productor asi que se cómo trabaja. La contra si se quiere es que no es orgánica y que al ser un establecimiento chico no es pareja la molienda, a veces vienen mas fina, otras tiene mas polvo y a veces me llega una despalada, pero en todos los casos el sabor es el mismo y me encanta
