Some recipes where Planchetta comes in-handy:

1. ENTRAÑA A LA PLANCHETTA

- Calentar la Planchetta
- Agregar cebolla y morrones a fuego fuerte, luego bajarlo
- Colocar la entraña en 3 partes. Al darla vuelta, agregar: sal, pimienta y tomillo
- Agregar los huevos y las verduras sobre la entraña y dejar terminar de cocinar a fuego bajo
- Apagar el fuego ¡y degustar!

- Heat your Planchetta
- Add onions and peppers over high heat, then lower the flame
- Divide the entraña into 3 parts and place it in the Planchetta. When you turn it over, add salt, black pepper powder and thyme.
- Add the eggs and vegetables over the entraña and let it cook at low fire
- Turn the fire off and enjoy!

2. LOMO AL CHAMPIGNON CON PAPAS / STEAK WITH ONIONS & POTATOES

- Calentar la Planchetta
- Cortar el lomo en bifes y las papas en cubos
- Dorar las papas en el fuego y retirar
- Cocinar el lomo y retirar
- Picar la cebolla, la cebolla de verdeo y el morrón verde, luego reahogar
- Agregar crema, maizena y caldo (ambos disueltos en una taza de agua)
- Agregar los champignones (previamente cortados al medio), los bifes y las papas. Dejar cocinar por 5 minutos, lo más tapado posible
- Agregar perejil. Dejar por 1 minuto en el fuego.
- ¡Servir y disfrutar!

- Heat your Planchetta
- Cut the meat into steaks and the potatoes into smaller pieces
- Roast the potatoes in the fire, then remove
- Cook the steaks, then remove
- Chop the onion, green onion and green pepper, then sauté
- Add cream, cornstarch and broth (the last two dissolved in a cup of water)
- Add the mushrooms (previously cut into halves), the steaks and the potatoes. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add parsley. Cook for 1 minute
- Serve and enjoy!

3. CUADRIL CON VEGETALES / CUADRIL WITH VEGETABLES

- Cortar el cuadril en rodajas
- Marinar durante 2 horas con: vino tinto, un chorrito de vinagre, 2 dientes de ajo, hojas de perejil, granos de pimienta negra, semillas de hinojo, tomillo y romero
- Cortar 1 kilo de cebolla, 1 morrón rojo y 1 morrón verde
- Aceitar la planchetta y agregar las verduras, 1 diente de ajo picado, tomillo, orégano y sal. Dejar cocinar hasta que todo se ablande
- Agregar la carne. Cocinar de ambos lados
- Agregar crema y perejil picado
- ¡Disfrutar!

- Cut the cuadril into slices
- Let marinate for 2 hours with red wine, a splash of vinegar, 2 cloves of crushed garlic, parsley leaves, black peppercorns, some fennel seeds and coriander, thyme and rosemary
- Cut 1kg of onions, 1 red pepper and 1 green pepper.
- Oil the planchetta and add 1 garlic clove, the vegetables, thyme, and salt.
- Add the meat. Cook on both sides
- Add cream and chopped parsley
- Enjoy!
