Cornstarch is a great ally in everyone's kitchen, it is an ingredient used in desserts and doughs that gives it a smooth and soft texture and consistency without modifying the original flavor of the preparation. How to prepare the caps: Cornstarch: ingredients: 2 eggs and 100 g of butter at room temperature. -Mix the 2 eggs with the butter at room temperature with a fork. -Incorporate the premix, and unite with your hands without kneading. Once the dough is smooth, stretch it with rolling pin and starch, about 4-5 mm thick. Cut circles 5 cm in diameter with cutter. - Place in ungreased pan and cook for about 10-12 minutes in a preheated oven at 160-170°C - Let it cool off for 15 minutes. TIP! Eat your caps like homemade Cookies or make your Cornstarch alfajores using dulce de leche without T.A.C.C on a cap and placing another on top. If you wish, you can add the grated coconut around it.
