Pülku is the first Patagonian cider made at the foot of the tree. It is produced from fruit to packaging in our Farm Don Simón, Villa Regina, Río Negro.
Pülku is a cider winery led by the women of our family, where the soul is the care of the fruit and production. We make Pülku grinding pears or apples that can be consumed on our table, they are healthy and ripe. We press the pulp that we obtain and then start the fermentation process that gives us the broth with which we make the different ciders.

Pülku Sauco is superb. Its intense acidity is compensated by its sweetness, which makes it an ideal drink to accompany your desserts and talks with friends. It is the fusion of sweet Pülku and elderberry harvested in the area of El Bolsón. The result is an intense cider color and incomparable flavor. Elderberry is a deep violet blue berrie, with medicinal properties, with a powerful tinting power and with foaming principles. Gluten Free.

• Blend: Elderberry and Organic Apples Red Delicius and Granny Apples.
• Sugar content: 60 gr/lt.
• Alcohol Content: 5 %.
• Color: intense pink. When served, it has a rich foam.
• Aroma: Fruity, soft, reminiscent of apple.
• Taste: Pleasant, with a mild acidity from the elderberry that blends delicately with the apple flavor.
