This product fulfills the function of batter binder and flavoring for the final product.
It is used hydrating the same in the following proportion: 1 part of product and 10 parts of water, it must be prepared by adding the additive slowly in the water while doing shake action with electric mixer, if manual do it vigorously. It is very important to achieve a complete dissolution of the powder in the water.
The product stored in a cool, dry place has a shelf life of 1 (one) year.

Ingredients: Sodium chloride, Whole egg powder, Treated flour, Xanthic gum, Polyphosphates, Spices and Monosodium Glutamate.

    Para los fanaticos de las milangas..

    Ya me converti en cliente de esta marca. La mezcla para preprara milanesas es excelente, ya tiene todo incorporado, incluso huevos. Eso si, es necesario dejar las carnes en reposo algunas horas para que aglutine y absorba, pero los resultados son excelentes , en todo tipo de carnes : vaca, cerdo, pollo, pavo....
