We offer tracked FedEx Economy Saver, FedEx Priority, and FedEx Freight services. Other carriers, such as DHL or UPS, may be available in certain locations and will appear during checkout. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Shipping time
We ship as soon as possible, usually within 24 business hours of receiving your order. FedEx Economy Saver shipping takes 2 to 5 business days to the USA and Canada and 5 to 9 business days to most addresses in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Australia, depending on the service selected. There may be additional delays due to current conditions.
Warehouses
Our network of warehouses in Argentina, Brazil, and Uruguay allows us to offer greater product availability and better shipping options. When your order includes products from different origins, each shipment is prepared separately to help speed up delivery.
Free shipping and origins
Orders over USD 50 qualify for FREE shipping on eligible items (restrictions apply). You receive free shipping if your order includes at least USD 50 of eligible items from the same origin and depending on your shipping country/region. Any item with "eligible for FREE shipping" that is fulfilled by Pampa Direct is eligible and contributes to your free shipping order minimum. Canceling items, combining orders or changing your shipping address may affect your order's free shipping eligibility.
Our free shipping promotions apply to all our warehouses! You can select products from Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay in a single cart. Shipping rates by country
We can ship to all addresses in the following countries, except in remote areas where carriers are unable to deliver, well outside cities or towns. If this is the case, we will contact you to arrange for an alternate delivery address or for a full refund. Non-US destinations: The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Unless otherwise indicated, orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; we have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
Shipping companies and services
During checkout you can select your preferred shipping carrier and service, including FedEx, DHL, and UPS when available. Depending on your region, routes, export/import ports and sorting warehouses, we may be notified of additional delays or further requirements. The shipping carrier may be modified in order to avoid delays and a refund be issued if applicable.

By default and in order to facilitate delivery, packages sent to the above destinations are shipped with no direct signature requirements upon delivery. If you wish to request special services such as direct signature required, adult signature required, or the package to be held at a nearby carrier facility, please contact us beforehand.

Shipping for refrigerated products
Refrigerated products are shipped with FedEx Priority or UPS Saver to ensure they arrive quickly and in perfect condition. We use cool packs and special coolers to maintain the right temperature throughout transit.
Shipping delays
When ordering from outside the US, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination. Shipping time estimates are not guaranteed and do not apply if we miss our estimated delivery date because of a circumstance outside of our control, such as a strike, natural disaster, force majeure events, events of war, or severe storms. Also, delivery scans might be inaccurate.
