My new favorite
These yerba is so good. I drink it tereré and it retains all its flavors. The flavor profile I would describe is, perfect amount of smoke, smooth/soft yet still has a slight bold character, and a wonderful lingering sweetness that is not too sweet. It's so balanced and so good. This is my default yerba now.

Titrayju
Titrayju is my favorite yerba. Full of flavor but smooth enough to have any time of day, with food or not. It's flavor sustains through a well maintained mate for hours sometimes. It is my Go-To whenever I'm looking for mate and I may be in moods for a different yerba but Titrayju is without a doubt first on my list. As a gringo that has tried mate in argentina and everything you can find in the US, I can safely say Titrayju is the best. They seem to also support earth friendly agricultural practices.

Titrayju sure is tasty. Notes: SECADA EN BARBACUA, LIBRE DE AGROTÓXICOS, NO RODUCE ACIDEZ. The Barbacua process produces a wonderfully rich smokiness here that makes for a very nice gourd of bliss! Great All-Rounder.
