Ximango Composto Yerba Mate is a Brazilian erva-mate blend created for traditional chimarrão. It combines yerba mate with chamomile, fennel, lemon balm and cinnamon, creating an aromatic variation on classic Brazilian mate.

The combination of herbs gives this blend a distinctive flavor profile, bringing together the characteristic taste of yerba mate with herbal notes and the warm character of cinnamon. Added sugar provides a lightly sweet finish.

How to Prepare Chimarrão: Fill approximately two-thirds of the cuia with erva-mate. Tilt the cuia to create a slope and leave space for the water. Add warm water to the empty side and allow it to absorb. Insert the bomba into the wet portion and add hot water as needed, avoiding boiling water.
