HOW TO USE:

Melt milk chocolate coating at 45 °C / 113 °F. Apply and maintain at 38-40 °C / 100-104 °F, then cool immediately to 5-7 °C / 41-45 °F. Avoid condensation on its surface. Whitening or marbled patterning indicates incorrect temperatures. Excessive thickening indicates excess ambient moisture. Do not add water or oils.

Ingredients: sugar, vegetable oil, cacao, powdered milk, emulsifier, vanilla flavoring. Contains: milk and milk derivatives. May contain traces of: peanuts, almonds, soy.

Best before: 6 to 12 months after shipping. Made in Argentina.
