Description

Creatine Supplement that achieves a decrease in muscle recovery time, after intense physical activity, minimizes fatigue.

TEINGRO creatine is formulated with Creatine Monohydrate of the highest purity and a high concentration.

It has been scientifically proven that a daily intake of creatine improves physical performance, in successive series of short high-intensity exercises, such as weight training or interval cardio.

  • How much should I take? Creatine, for a non-athletic or slightly athletic person, is needed only in a dose of 2-3 grams daily (Rawson et al, 2011; Terjung et al, 2000). For athletes who have a high rate of creatine loss in muscle tissue (the largest reserve of creatine in the body), a minimum dose of 5 grams daily is needed (if you want to consume wisely, 2-3 grams seem to still be enough).
  • Do I need creatine cycles? Creatine does not need to be taken in cycles. The traditional mode of creatine cycles (one week of loading, three of maintenance and 1 or 2 of rest) can be somewhat absurd since the body needs more time to release all the creatine. Because creatine does not act on any receptors and there is no known type of “creatine sensitivity”, it is not necessary to take a break from this supplement. Products that are normally taken in cycles is because the body develops a tolerance to them, which is not the case with creatine.
  • What happens if I stop taking creatine? As soon as the creatine intake stops, it takes from a few weeks to a month for the body to regularize creatine levels back to the same levels as before taking the supplement. It may have associated a loss of water, but not of muscle, that is, any muscle gain obtained thanks to creatine will remain even if you stop supplementation.

During the consumption of creatine make sure you are well hydrated all the time.
